Customised Accredited Training Programs
Our customised accredited programs adopt an action learning, workplace orientated approach. Action learning is a
process of learning and reflection, supported by colleagues, with an intention of applying learning outcomes in the
workplace. Through action learning, individuals learn with and from each other by working on real workplace issues.
Participants attend workshops, then working in small study teams (virtual or otherwise), reflect on workshop experiences
and progress a workplace project. Our experience has shown that the action learning approach provides the most effective
way to integrate key learning back into the workplace.
Our programs are presented by highly experienced facilitators and encompass the accepted practices of experiential
learning. Workshops include the following:
- Presentation of new ideas focusing on competency outcomes
- Interaction with the participants through questioning and group activities
- Relevant case studies and simulations
- Presentations by participants
- Focused team activities designed to reinforce learning experiences
- Coaching and workplace support
Accredited programs provide academic rigour to the process as well as providing participants with professional recognition
for work undertaken.
Our accredited programs:
Frontline Management
We provide customised Frontline Management training leading to the qualification of the Diploma of Business (Frontline
Management). The program covers the core management competencies required to enhance the management effectiveness
of operational managers. It includes (but is not limited to): enhancement of workplace expertise, effective workplace
relations, team effectiveness, negotiation skills, quality customer service, continuous improvement, Occupational
Health & Safety, managing change and workplace learning.
The program leads to either the Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) BSB41004 or the Diploma
of Business (Frontline Management) BSB51001.
Leadership Development
We provide broad based management and executive training. This works well as a 'high potentials program' or for
senior management development. This integrated workplace focused program leads to the award of the Advanced Diploma
of Business Management BSB60201.
The program includes (but not limited to): strategic leadership, strategic planning, financial decision making,
knowledge management, management fundamentals, human resource management, change & innovation.
Human Resource Management
We provide a specialised human resource qualification at Diploma and Advanced Diploma level.
Project Management
We provide a comprehensive project management qualification leading to the award of the Diploma of Project Management BSB51504.
There are also options available to be assessed for accreditation through the Australian Institute of Project Management
(AIPM) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
